The second and final Championships rules training session (before National Championships day on 19th June) took place on Sunday 23 May 2004.
The afternoon three hour course was well attended and it was good to see many Duan grades participating who had not been able to attend the first course, together with 1st Ji Red belts who were attending the course for the first time.
The afternoon started with a general warm-up session.
Grandmaster Loke then instructed the class.
