Grandmaster
Loke demonstrates the double block from pinan form 3
watched by Stephanie Debenham, Steven Treadaway and Tina Matania
July
13th as usual saw a big gathering of Masters and 3rd Duans at H.Q. This
is a very important meeting as it brings together instructors from all
parts of the country to standardise the way we train and teach.

Unfortunately,
due to an illness I could not take part that day so I elected myself
as photographer. Therefore, if you like what you see, I took them, if
not, Miss Tina Matania took them (Ha ha ha!) Sorry Tina!
After
the warm up Grandmaster Loke took the lesson correcting and advising
where necessary.

how to block and cover
Two
and a half hours later everyone got in their cars and headed to Grandmaster's
residence for dinner at the kind invitation of Grandmaster and Mrs Loke.
As
usual the food and the company was great, I have on good authority some
had third helpings! Of course out of politeness and maybe confidentiality
law, names cannot be mentioned.
On
behalf of all who took part, a very big thank you to Mrs Loke for all
the lovely food and hospitality.
