Grandmaster M K Loke held the first Masters workshop of 2007 at HQ on Sunday 11th March 2007.

Masters (Shi Fu grades) and 3rd Duans were invited to attend the two and a half hour training session followed by a much appreciated meal provided by Mrs Loke.

The Masterclass provided the opportunity for 3rd Duans and Masters to train together, standardise techniques / thau and bring everyone up to date with technical and other developments.

All Pinan and Luohan Forms were covered in detail and the group also looked at slow kicking techniques.
