click on the picture above to see large imageGrandmaster M K Loke summoned all Shi Fu and Masters Elect to Headquarters for an advanced training seminar and upgrading session on Sunday 5th November 2006.
Palm Heel blockHaving gone through the senior forms (thau) in close detail to ensure good uniformity throughout the Regions, Grandmaster then introduced firstly a revision to the existing 'huey koong' ji grading requirements followed by a completely new self defence (against holds and grabs) syllabus.

Self-Defence trainingDuring the session, the President upgraded Mr Jeff Thomas (Rochford, Essex) and Mr Nazim Gokcezade (Reading) to the coveted Shi Fu status and promoted Shi Fu Keith Blakemore and Shi Fu Joe Page to 5th Duan.

Master Joe Page (right of picture)Following the tile breaking activities (huey koong) and the presentation of Masters belts to the new Masters, Grandmaster Loke thanked everyone for their attendance and for their continued dedicated support and loyalty over many years. Many had travelled a considerable distance to be there and participate.
