First Aid Courses

EMERGENCY FIRST AID
TRAINING COURSE

First Aid courses are held at HQ (Grays)
All Duan grades are eligible to attend. Cost is £ 15 per attendee.

Please contact HQ for course availability and to book your place by telephoning 01375 386225 / 01375 892467. Click here for booking form.

The course covers casualty and injury management including resuscitation technique. A certificate will be issued.

Note: First Aid courses are open to all Duan Holders (18+) to increase kowledge of safety and injury management. For those who are currently teaching this course is compulsory and must be renewed every 3 years.

A maximum of 12 students is allowed for each course so please contact HQ, Master C Cook, 5th Duan, as soon as possible to book your place.

Adults from 1st Duan are eligible for Referee & Judges Training whereas those U-18 and Red Belts can assist

LADIES SELF-DEFENCE COURSE
Conducted by Grandmaster Loke
This course is open to Tang Sou Dao students of all levels and their families and friends.
Suitable for a wide range of people of different ages (11 yrs and above), sizes and physical abilities.
Please book in advance to reserve your place.
