Duan grading examination certificates

On Sunday 11th September 2011, masters, instructors, senior belts and grades from blue belt (2nd Ji) upwards joined Grandmaster Loke for his monthly senior belt class at National Headquarters in Grays, Essex.

The class started at 9:30am and lasted for one and a half hours, including the opportunity to practice rapid combinations improving reaction speed, conditioning practice with partners, sparring, forms and focus pad/bag work to improve kicking and short range hand techniques with resistance.

Grandmatster Loke completed the training session by reminding everyone to promote our National Championships which will be taking place on Saturday 12th November this year in Hawkwell in Essex. The Championships will also include the presentation of the most outstanding under 16 year old student for 2011 which is entitled the Bill Edwards Award after one of Grandmaster Loke's first and most loyal students.

Also, if students have any friends or acquaintances who would like to try Tang Sou Dao, Grandmaster reminded them to bring them along to class for a free lesson.

The senior belt class was concluded by the presentation of three duan grade certificates to delighted recipients.
