Challenge participants and their supporters

On 12th October 2003, twenty four members from Tang Sou Dao clubs from Tunbridge Wells, Tonbridge and Haywards Heath joined in a charity assault course challenge.

Everyone who took part made the day very enjoyable and a financial success, helping to raise thousands of £'s for the 3H Fund.

Since 1975, 3H Fund has been providing one week holidays for physically disabled children and adults - mainly high care. As well as providing an interesting break, their group activity holidays also help build confidence and promote greater independence.

All of 3H Fund's holiday helpers and State Registered Nurses are volunteers.

When they take a disabled person on holiday their regular family carer has a rare opportunity to take a separate well-deserved break.
