On Sunday 8th January 2006, Grandmaster Loke held the second of two technical workshops at National Headquarters.

The technical workshop lasted for two hours. Those in attendance were 3rd Duan and upwards from many different regions including Surrey, Sussex, Kent and of course Essex.

The purpose of the workshop was for Masters and instructors / students present to learn the new improvements which Grandmaster Loke has introduced into the forms (thau) in order to further develop technical excellence.


Learning and practicing Luo Han form two under the

Utilising and timing the breathing especially at the beginning of
Lou Han form two is important


Double knife hand strike - the forearms are also striking weapons
in this movement which should be performed with power, speed
and accuracy

Changes to forms include: basic form three, basic form four, pinan form one, pinan form five, luo han form one, luo han form three, luo han form four, and a new longer luo han form two.

Instructors will be introducing the revisions to classes throughout the UK with immediate effect.
