you are a Microsoft Internet Explorer user, please follow the
following steps in order to view Mandarin text with your browser
...

1.

In
Internet Explorer select the VIEW menu |
|
|
2. |
Point
to ENCODING and then make sure that AUTO-SELECT has a check mark
next to it (if not, click it). If you are prompted to download
language support click on Download and follow the instructions.

|
3.
|
If
Auto-Select cannot for some reason determine the correct language
encoding; go back into the VIEW menu, point to ENCODING, then
MORE, and then select CHINESE TRADITIONAL BIG 5 or Unicode UTF8,
if you are then prompted to download language support, click on
DOWNLOAD and follow the instructions.

If
you are a Netscape Navigator user:
from Character Coding on the View menu, you can
see which character set or code page is being used to display
the current page, and you can then select a specific language
(select Traditional Chinese Big 5 and/or Unicode UTF8).
