Area
Two - The Practical Test 6th, 5th & 4th Ji Grade (Intermediate Level
One)
Stances:

At
this stage, stances should be reasonably defined and allow better
balance, speed and correct use of hip.

Closed fist hook punch
Closed fist vertical punch
Hammer fist inside to outside strike

Spear hand vertical thrust
Palm heel forward thrust
Combination hand techniques will be required
