ELBOW STRIKE - SOU CHUOR KONG CHEE
We can perform the elbow strike in different ways - for example, upwards, downwards, across. Here is a picture of the elbow strike moving forwards on horse stance, ping ma bu. The striking arm moves from over the top of the other arm. As the strike goes out, the other arm pulls back so you squeeze your shoulder blades together. The other elbow should be pointing directly behind you as you finish.
