BACKFIST STRIKE -
FARN SOU KONG CHEE

The backfist strike comes from underneath the other arm. Start with the striking hand at your waist height.
Cover with your other hand (see below).

As the strike finishes the wrist twists. Keep your elbow pointing down.

The strike is with the back of your first two knuckles.

The target area is the temple (same height as your own).
